Rules for cancellation, access issues and eligible refunds.

Before delivery or access

You may request cancellation before digital access, download, licence activation or service delivery begins. If payment was captured in error, contact us promptly with the order ID.

After delivery

Because digital goods can be copied instantly, completed downloads, activated access, subscriptions and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the file is defective, inaccessible due to our fault, or materially different from the published description.

How to request help

Email digitalduniya2504@gmail.com with your order ID, purchase email and a clear description within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method; bank processing time may vary.
